Michelle Price Realty Group works with attorneys across the Conejo Valley and San Fernando Valley on referrals involving divorce, probate, trust administration, and estate sales. Our role is to bring careful, well-documented real estate execution to the property side of the matter, so that attorneys and their clients can move forward with confidence. We are not a high-volume team. We are a boutique practice that takes referrals seriously and treats every referred client as a reflection of the trust behind the introduction.

Probate sales involve procedural constraints most agents are not equipped to handle. We understand the relationship between the referee valuation, the 90 percent floor, and court confirmation, and we price and document accordingly. Our team brings more than 20 years of institutional valuation experience, which means the pricing support we provide is built to hold up, not just to sell.
Trustees are accountable for every preparation decision, vendor cost, and pricing rationale, and that accountability does not end at closing. We approach trust sales with documented decision rationale at each stage, independent vendor oversight, and pricing support built to withstand beneficiary scrutiny. Our objective is to protect the trustee's record while maximizing the outcome for the estate.
