North Ranch

North Ranch is one of Westlake Village’s most established residential communities, known for its mature oaks, winding streets, larger lots, and the setting around North Ranch Country Club. From custom homes to gated enclaves and more traditional neighborhoods, it offers a range of properties that share a quieter, more spacious feel.

North Ranch has a character that is easy to recognize but difficult to reduce to one type of home. Some streets are lined with custom estates on expansive lots. Others offer established homes with golf course views, hillside settings, or private backyards. That variety is part of its appeal, and it means the experience can change considerably from one neighborhood to the next.

North Ranch Country Club is a local landmark, with golf, tennis, pickleball, and dining available through separate club membership. The surrounding open space adds to the sense of room and privacy, while Westlake Village shopping, restaurants, and everyday conveniences remain close by.

For buyers, the details matter here. Lot size, privacy, views, condition, and the specific street can make two homes with similar square footage feel very different. For sellers, those same details should shape the pricing and launch strategy. A broad Westlake Village comparison rarely tells the whole story of a North Ranch property.
